This company with the symbol ENER not only has awesome solar but owns 38 percent of Ovonyx. Ovonyx bought the revolutionary chip technology called Phase Change Memory (PCM) from ECD.

IBM made an announcement recently that PCM will be revolutionary in providing 100 times the storage capacity.

This stock was up into the 80's a few years ago and because of a solar glut ECD lost money and the stock plummeted to about 20 cents. Last trade as I compose this message is 1.21.

The company filed for Chapter 11. The dramatic rise in the price of the stock was pure manipulation and of course there will be a stockholders class action suit. Hopefully the CEO will end in behind bars.
He was paid 500K for taking over the helm a few months ago. The company had over 100 million in cash so there was no rush to file for chapter 11.
