Any technique would have to be perpetuated and sustained by the mind and therefore anything achieved by it would be mind based and by its very nature would be bound. There is no freedom; no liberation, for there is only what IS which is neither bound nor free. By doing only what is appropriate in each moment one comes to see that there is no one who is restricted in any way at all.
