Daily Habits & Routines?

What’s one small morning habit that noticeably boosts your productivity for the rest of the day?

How do you decide what your top 3 priorities are each morning, and do you stick to them?

When do you feel most energized and focused during the day—morning, afternoon, or evening—and how do you schedule your hardest tasks around that?

What’s your go-to way to start the workday when you’re feeling unmotivated or sluggish?

How many breaks do you typically take in a day, and what do you do during them to recharge effectively?

Time Management & Prioritization?

How do you differentiate between urgent tasks and truly important ones when your to-do list is overwhelming?

What’s the most effective way you’ve found to protect deep work time from interruptions or meetings?

Do you use any specific method (like Eisenhower Matrix, Pomodoro, time-blocking) for managing your schedule, and why does it work (or not) for you?

How do you handle days when everything feels important—what gets cut or postponed?

What’s one time-management rule or boundary you’ve set that’s made the biggest difference in your output?

Focus & Distractions

What’s the biggest distraction that kills your focus, and what’s your best strategy for dealing with it?

How do you get back into flow after an interruption or context switch?

Do you work better with background noise, music, complete silence, or something else—and why?

What apps, browser extensions, or tools have you used to block distractions, and which ones actually stick?

How often do you check email or notifications during focused work blocks, and has changing that habit improved your productivity?

Tools, Systems & Habits?

What’s one productivity tool or app you swear by, and how exactly do you use it in your workflow?

How do you batch similar tasks (like emails, calls, or admin work) to save time and mental energy?

What’s a habit you’ve built that saves you the most time each week?

Do you review your week or day at the end—what questions do you ask yourself during that reflection?

How do you decide when a task is “good enough” versus perfect, especially to avoid procrastination?

Motivation, Energy & Long-Term?

What keeps you consistently productive over months, not just good days?

How do you stay motivated when working on long-term projects with no immediate rewards?

What’s the biggest productivity myth you used to believe but no longer do?

How do you balance high-output days with recovery to avoid burnout?

If you could give your past self one piece of advice about productivity, what would it be?

I have reviewed quite a lot of productivity apps. Interesting to see the different approaches for different needs.

Twos app is fresh. I like how the unfinished tasks can auto-rollover to the next day. You can also add notes and other things as well as the tasks in a single stream.
I hear they are going to release a big update soon so will check it out when it comes out.

For bookmarks it is hard to beat Raindrop. Reasonably priced and best used with the chrom extension. Very powerful and can save a copy of the webpage so even if the page goes down you keep your version. Very intuitive to use also.

For visual notes and mind mapping Milanote and Scapple are both good. I designed my own visual notes app for bigger screens called https://www.Thoughtogram.com Your home board can be your new tab page if you like.

Above is an example page showing some tips on how to use it. I make use of it everyday. I would really value your positive and negative experiences with it etc. If you are interested please sign up for your free 30 day free trial.
