"It's pretty clear excessive glucose in the form of refined sugar can be very detrimental to your brain, ultimately affecting your attention span, your short-term memory, and your mood stability. Excessive refined sugar can: Block membranes and thereby slow down neural communication. "

To help boost your TSQ and general health it is suggested that you eliminate or greatly reduce the refined sugar in your diet. it is said to use up nutrients to process but gives none itself.

Apart from giving up refined we should also boost walnuts, avocados and leafy greens in our diet to help our brain reach top condition.


Reducing sugar may also help you lucid dream:)
However do not replace refined sugar with artificial sweeteners as they are also harmful.
