Exploring the claims made by various possible Avatars

Avatar: From the Sanskrit for "passing down" or "passing over," an avatar (sometimes avatara) describes the descent to earth of a deity, or of the Deity, in material, usually human, form. Thus, a Teacher so labeled is believed to be a direct and conscious incarnation of the Divine, born without any karmic baggage, come to earth for a specific purpose, such as to establish a new spiritual path or way.

I perhaps am a little gullible but as I read the individual words of most of these people they seem very convincing. Yet can they all be right? They seem to contradict each other regarding their own superiority over all other beings. Many claim to be the Avatar of this age or a dawning World Age with a vital and unique message for Humanity. Some even claim to be the Avatar of Avatars: the one and only being, different in quality from everyone else. Yet they all seem to give good advice about truthfulness and kindness etc. Are they conmen, deluded or the real thing? There is a possibility that some of them have had a partial kundalini awakening. They have Realized something but the Realization has not settled down into a universal and complete awakening.

I have collected a few quotes for each being mostly from their own words but sometimes from their followers. For the purpose of this article I have tried to focus on quotes that deal with their exclusivity and claims of sole Avatarship etc.

There are, no doubt, many other beings who claim a unique spiritual status and I may add a few more of them to this article over time. Feel free to contact me with suggestions. You may get a particular feeling as you read some of the quotes. If you are curious about a particular "canditate" then follow the link to their website. Only by really studying and looking into the background etc can you give a fair judgement. This article is only a taster, merely showing the beings in relation to each other. I have placed them in random order.

Ramana Maharshi, a great sage, who made no claims of exclusivity was concerned with self enquiry. In answering a question about Avatars he said:"The existence of an outer Avatar is a question which seekers of Truth need not consider."

"I am the Liberator. I've returned to this world to free my people from false religious servitude, idolatry fetters, fantasy and lie. I love freedom, so I set free the ones I love. If they come back it's because they've recognized me and are my sons, worthy of my FATHER, LORD and GOD, who is in me. If they don't, it's because they've never had part with me."

"If you see any apparently deficient or unjustifiable thing or act in me, the error isn't in me but in the bad optics of your vision. There can't be any error in me because I'm pure and came back to this world without free-will only to execute the wish of the Perfect and Supreme Being who sent me again. And, when you dare judging me, you will be judged by my FATHER, LORD and GOD, who is in me."

“First of all, I said when I was called Jesus: “I am the way, the truth and the life. Nobody comes to the FATHER but by me” (John c.14 v.6), as I am the First Begotten of GOD, Adam, humanity’s father, and everyone must pass through me to return to the FATHER. I also said that I am the only shepherd and there will be one only flock and one shepherd (John c.10 v.16), as I am the only anointed by my FATHER, LORD and GOD. Therefore, nobody can be called shepherd without being an impostor, a wolf disguised under sheep's clothing (Matthew c.7 v.15), since he acts without consent of my authority. Truly, these ones who self-call shepherds are blind guides of blind: “But woe to you, hypocrites! For you lock people out of the Kingdom of heaven. For you do not go in yourselves and when others are going in you stop them!” (Matthew c.23 v.13). But the ones who belong to my flock will recognize me by my voice and won’t let delude by these faith mercenaries”.

Sathya Sai Baba

"Second of three incarnations of the Sai avatar. First was Shirdi Sai Baba. Will remain in the present form until his mid 90's, then will appear as the third and final incarnation, Prema Sai Baba and will complete the Sai mission to usher in the golden age."

"Born to a quiet, pious and contented couple, Sri Pedda Venkama Raju and Mother Easwaramma, and christened Sathyanarayana Raju. Bhagawan Sri Sathya Sai Baba is now worshipped as 'God Incarnate' and adored as 'Loving Divinity' by millions across the globe."

"This avatar has no destructive weapon in His possession, like the Kodanda (bow) of Rama, or the Chakra(discus) of Sri Krishna. He relies on education, rather than elimination; instruction rather than destruction. The good are encouraged to become better, the better to enter the region of the best and the blessed. The bad are encouraged to shed the coil of cowardice, which keeps them in fear."

"The optical sense cannot visualise the truth. It gives only false and fogged information. For example, many observe my actions and start declaring that my nature is such and such. They are unable to gauge the sanctity, the majesty, and the eternal reality that is Me. The power of Sai is limitless; it manifests forever. All forms of 'power' are resident in this Sai palm."

"My power is immeasurable; My truth is inexplicable, unfathomable. I am announcing this about me, for the need has arisen. Let me tell you that emphatic declarations of the truth by Avatars were made so clearly and so unmistakably only by Krishna. In spite of the declaration, you will notice in the career of the same Krishna that he underwent apparent defeat in his efforts and endeavours, on a few occasions; you must also note that those defeats too were part of the drama that he had planned and that he himself directed. For example, when many kings pleaded with him to avert the war with the Kauravas, he confessed that His mission to the Kaurava Court for ensuring peace had 'failed'! But he had not willed that it should succeed! He had decided that war would be waged! His mission was intended to punish the greed and iniquity of the Kauravas and to condemn them before the whole world."

Now, I must tell you that, during this Sai Avatar, there is no place for even such 'drama' with scenes of failure and defeats! What I will, must take place, what I plan must succeed. I am Truth, and Truth has no need to hesitate, or fear, or bend."

"Since I move freely among them, talking and singing, even intellectuals are unable to grasp my truth, my power, my glory, or my real task as Avatar. I can solve any problem however knotty; I am beyond the reach of the most intensive enquiry and the most meticulous measurement. Only those who have recognised my love and experienced that love can assert that they have glimpsed my reality. For the path of Love is the royal road that leads mankind to me."

"Man extols God as omnipresent, omniscient and omnipotent, but he ignores his Presence in himself. Of course, many venture to describe the attributes of God and proclaim Him such and such; but these are their own guesses and the reflections of their own predilections and preferences.

"Who can affirm that God is this or that? Who can affirm that God is not of this form or with this attribute? Each one can acquire from the vast expanse of the ocean only as much as can be contained in the vessel he carries to its shore. From that quality, they can grasp but a little of that immensity. Each religion defines God within the limits it demarcates and then claims to have grasped Him. Like the six blind men who spoke of the elephant as a pillar, a fan, a rope or a wall, because they contacted but a part and could not comprehend the entire animal, so too, religions speak of a part and assert that its vision is full and total."

Adi Da Samraj

"The Great Process comes about when the Divine Intervenes, Appears, Incarnates, Blesses, Teaches the understanding and the transcending of ego - such that the direct Divine Blessing may be received and the Great Divine Yoga may be entered into. This is What I Do."

"The Universal Offering of Adi Da Samraj In the depth of every human being, there is a profound need for answers to the fundamental questions of existence. Is there a God? What is beyond this life? Why is there suffering? What is Truth? What is Reality? As long as there is enthusiasm for seeking amid life's alternatives, these questions remain superficial. But when death becomes real, or when deep disillusionment with the possibilities of experience overtakes the being, then one can no longer avoid the confrontation with fundamental questions. At such moments, the heart is open, inconsolable by ordinary means. Then there is a ripeness, an urgency for Truth, Reality, and Real God. In the midst of this dark and bewildering epoch, the Ruchira Avatar, Adi Da Samraj, has come to this human world to establish a unique Spiritual life and culture that is not based on mythology. The Way of Adidam, Revealed and Given by Him, is a Divine Revelation never given before. Adidam does not require your belief. Adidam is not a conventional religion. Adidam is a "reality consideration" at every level of experience. Adidam is a universal offering, made to every human being who is moved to go beyond ego-life and participate in a Divine process here and now."

"The Divine Being and Reality, Descended to here in the form of the Ruchira Avatar, Adi Da Samraj, is Responding to aeons of human prayers and sacrifice, as to an immense magnet. He is here to transform humankind, and more than humankind. He is here to illumine the very molecules, and even all of manifest existence. This is what He has been Doing since His Birth. For His human Birth was more than His association with a human body. His birth on earth was the initiation of an infinite and ongoing process. That process can be described as His Emergence as a tangible, identifiable Presence in the heart of all that exists."

"I Am the One Who Is, the One and Only and Spiritually Self-"Bright" Divine Person Who Is Siva (or Consciousness Itself), and Who Is Shakti (or the Very Divine Spirit-Energy of Which everything appearing is the modification). I am Able to Manifest in your sight (in order to Communicate to you, to Act among you, to Play with you) because of a Vehicle of Manifestation long-made. For there to Be the Avataric Divine Manifestation, there must be Vehicles that allow that Manifestation. To account for this Vehicle historically, you must examine the lifetimes of Swami Vivekananda and Ramakrishna not merely one of Them, but both. Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda are One, Manifesting as the Deeper Personality (or Incarnation-Vehicle) of This Avataric Divine Form Adi Da Samraj, Incarnate before your eyes.

I (Myself) Am Prior to both Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda. I (Myself) Am the One They have Realized. But the Vehicle whereby I Am Incarnate here, made physical by virtue of the copulation of My blood parents, was made possible by that Deeper Personality of Two-Combined-As-One Ramakrishna and Vivekananda, in Spiritual Union become One, through a Great Act of Spiritual Transmission (even historically acknowledged). This Extraordinary Mechanism is the Mechanism of My Avataric Divine Incarnation As the Ruchira Avatar, Adi Da Samraj. As a physically manifested human being, I am the child of My (human) mother and My (human) father. In the Depth of My Incarnation-Vehicle (Itself), I am the Reincarnation Made by the Spiritual Union (or, in Effect, Spiritual "Marriage") of Ramakrishna and Vivekananda. I (Myself) Am Prior to Them both. They both, in Their lifetimes, acknowledged That One That Is Prior to Them both. I Am That One, and (yet) Their Vehicle has continued in (and As) My bodily (human) Avataric Divine Incarnation As the Ruchira Avatar, Adi Da Samraj. . . .

I (Myself) am not a Reincarnate. I Am both Transcendentally and universally Present. Therefore, I will not Reincarnate after this physical Lifetime. . . . I am not these Vehicles (Themselves). They are only My Vehicles. Therefore, They (in and of Themselves) are not Me. . . . Whatever Ramakrishna and Swami Vivekananda did historically is what They did. I did not Do it.

I only Do This Incarnation. I (Myself) have no karmic basis for My Appearance here. These Vehicles came into such Proximity to Me that They became utterly available to (and usable by) Me, but Their previous history of incarnation is not My history. And because I (Myself) have no karmic basis for Being Incarnate in bodily (human) Form—when This Incarnation ends, there is no "seed" in Me for re-Appearance. I am not a karmic entity. I have Conformed these Vehicles to Myself for the Purpose of My (Avataric Divine) Incarnation.

I Am Always Already on the "Other Side" From "I Am Always Already Spiritually Established As The 'Bright' Itself" Here Avatar Adi Da describes the nature of the profound Yogic (psycho-physical) Events that have characterized His entire Life. Then He ends with a summary description of how He Exists in the world now, since the Great Yogic Event that occurred on April 12, 2000, at Lopez Island, Washington.

In My Childhood, and throughout My Avataric physical human Lifetime, I have been associated with Events of Profound Yogic Transformation, Which have resulted in the change of psycho-physical patterns within This Body-Mind. There have been many Yogic Deaths and other profound Yogic Events, all associated with the Profundities of My Avataric "Bright" Divine Spiritual Self-Revelation. And those Events have often had great negative impact on the physical human Vehicle.

There is the Process of Yogic Deaths that has Characterized My Life, but there are also many other significant Events . . . , which served My Fullest Avataric Descent and Incarnation here. Every time one of these Transformative Events occurred, the mechanism of This Body-Mind changed. The entire Process of My Life is My concrete, unambiguous Avataric Self-Revelation (and Lifelong psycho-physical Experience) of the Divine Spiritual "Brightness" the One and Only and Self-Evidently Divine Conscious Light of Reality Itself.

There was a distinct physical phenomenon associated with each of the Events of Yogic Death. In each case, after I Re-Associated with the physical Vehicle (following one of these Events), My Manner and My psycho-physical Pattern has changed. Since the Lopez Island Event, I am more profoundly Integrated than ever before with the cosmic human circumstance—in the sense that I actually, literally See what the physical (and everything associated with it) is really (and even rather painfully) about. . . .

I Am now, even in bodily (human) Form, presently Alive at the White Core of the Cosmic Mandala, the Doorway to the Spiritually "Bright" Divine Sphere and Self-Domain. In the Lopez Island Event, I Passed Beyond—in That "Bright" Doorway. My Thus Transfigured Body remains—but only on the Unique Basis of Direct Spiritual Illumination, and always tentatively Given to live, perpetually Wounded by the Self-Evident "Bright" Spiritual Transparency of all the heart-breaking companionship of mortal beings.

I Stand At the Threshold. Now, and forever hereafter, I Stand There. I Remain in this world Bodily, for now but I Am Always Already on the "Other Side".

Meher Baba

"Whatever you all may say, I don't feel that you really know of my being the Avatar. To know me as I am, you have to become what I am. As for myself, I know I am the Avatar. In 1921, during my last stay of six months at Sakori with Maharaj, one day when only two of us were in a hut, Maharaj folded his hands to me and said, 'Merwan, You are the Avatar.'" Baba continued, "Although the Avatar and God are one, I want you to love me and obey me. Hafiz says, 'Only hold on to His (the Perfect Master's) daaman and leave everything else.'"

"It is beyond doubt that whenever the Avatar assumes a human form, He is the same Ancient One. His avataran (descent) among the world is due to the five Sadgurus; they sustain Him. Sai Baba, Upasni Maharaj, Hazrat Babajan, Tajuddin Baba and Narayan Maharaj are my five Sadgurus. Sai Baba was of a very very rare type, even among the Sadgurus. Maharaj was perfection personified. Babajan was Shahanshah — the emperor among the Sadgurus."

"Remember one point, try to follow it, it's so new and difficult. Why do I say, everything is here within you? It is not above or beneath; the difference is only in the state of consciousness. For example, an ant is here on the barn floor; it is free, active. You also do actions here on the same floor. But the consciousness of the ant when compared with yours is insignificant. You are conscious of planes flying over the barn. You also know about air flights and so many things. But the ant on the same floor with you is not aware of planes. The difference between the experience of the ant and your experience is very great, though you are both on the same gross level. So similarly the difference between your experience and my experience is like that between you and the ant; but to me you appear as the ants appear to you!"

"When I break my silence, clothed in the simple sadra which I wear in India, people will see me as Jesus. I am the selfsame Christ who was nailed on the cross. For the welfare of others, I undergo terrible suffering, and I suffer infinitely. I am being crucified every moment; even now!

"I remember a humorous incident in the life of Jesus. A very stout man tried to kick Jesus when he was carrying the cross, but he was so fat that while trying to kick him (me), he fell down! I remember it well.

"When I, as Jesus, ordered a pit to be dug to bury a member of my circle, Peter completed the work with his fingers, thereby injuring them badly, and to the point that one finger was fractured and the flesh lacerated. But the very next day, it was healed by my simply blowing on it!"

"Hitherto, God in the Beyond state did not have occasion to play the part of God the mother. In this Avataric period, God the Father is very pleased with me at my being infinitely bright, wise, efficient and perfect in all respects (Ustad or "shrewd") as my Father wants me to be, and I am the beloved Son of my Father. At the same time, in this form I am physically disabled. In America, in 1952, I was injured on the left side of my physical frame from leg to face. In India, in 1956, I injured my right side from the head down to the leg. Besides being physically disabled, I am also infinitely simple and guileless (Bhola). Thus I am also the well- beloved Son of my God the Mother. So, in this incarnation of the Avatar, God has the occasion, as it were, to play the part of both Father and Mother."

"I never wish to be called Redeemer, Savior, Divine Majesty and so on. The disciples through their love, faith, enthusiasm gave such titles. There are many who misunderstand Me, call Me Satan, anti-Christ; but to Me it is all the same. I know what I am. I see My own life in everyone, and so continually realize that I am the Infinite One; and this 'I' is not the outcome of the limited finite egoism, but it is the outcome of actual experience of the highest state. "

In the world there are countless sadhus, mahatmas, mahapurushas, saints, yogis and walis, though the number of genuine ones is very, very limited. The few genuine ones are, according to their spiritual status, in a category of their own, which is neither on a level with the ordinary human being nor on a level with the state of the Highest of the High.

I am neither a mahatma nor a mahapurush, neither a sadhu nor a saint, neither a yogi nor a wali. Those who approach me with the desire to gain wealth or to retain their possessions, those who seek through me relief from distress and suffering, those who ask my help to fulfill and satisfy mundane desires, to them I once again declare that, as I am not a sadhu, a saint or a mahatma, mahapurush or yogi, to seek these things through me is but to court utter disappointment, though only apparently; for eventually this disappointment is itself invariably instrumental in bringing about the complete transformation of mundane wants and desires.

The Sadhus, saints, yogis, walis and such others who are on the via media, can and do perform miracles and satisfy the transient material needs of individuals who approach them for help and relief.

The question therefore arises that if I am not a sadhu, not a saint, not a yogi, not a mahapurush, nor a wali, then what am I? The natural assumption would be that I am either just an ordinary human being, or I am the Highest of the High. But one thing I say definitely, and that is that I can never be included amongst those having the intermediary status of the real sadhus, saints, yogis and such others.

Now, if I am just an ordinary man, my capabilities and powers are limited — I am no better or different from an ordinary human being. If people take me as such then they should not expect any supernatural help from me in the form of miracles or spiritual guidance; and to approach me to fulfill their desires would also be absolutely futile.

On the other hand, if I am beyond the level of an ordinary human being, and much beyond the level of saints and yogis, then I must be the Highest of the High. In which case, to judge me with your human intellect and limited mind and to approach me with mundane desires would not only be the height of folly but sheer ignorance as well; because no amount of intellectual gymnastics could ever understand my ways or judge my Infinite State.

If I am the Highest of the High, my Will is Law, my Wish governs the Law, and my Love sustains the Universe. Whatever your apparent calamities and transient sufferings, they are but the outcome of my Love for the ultimate good. Therefore, to approach me for deliverance from your predicaments, to expect me to satisfy your worldly desires, would be asking me to do the impossible — to undo what I have already ordained.

If you truly and in all faith accept your Baba as the Highest of the High, it behooves you to lay down your life at His feet, rather than to crave the fulfillment of your desires. Not your one life but your millions of lives would be but a small sacrifice to place at the feet of One such as Baba, who is the Highest of the High; for Baba's unbounded love is the only sure and unfailing guide to lead you safely through the innumerable blind alleys of your transient life.

They cannot obligate me, who, surrendering their all — body, mind, possessions — which perforce they must discard one day, surrender with a motive; surrender because they understand that to gain the everlasting treasure of Bliss they must relinquish ephemeral possessions. This desire for greater gain is still clinging behind their surrender — and as such the surrender cannot be complete.

Know you all that if I am the Highest of the High, my role demands that I strip you of your possessions and wants, consume all your desires and make you desireless rather than satisfy your desires. Sadhus, saints, yogis and walis can give you what you want; but I take away your wants and free you from attachments and liberate you from the bondage of ignorance. I am the One to take, not the One to give, what you want as you want.

Mere intellectuals can never understand me through their intellect. If I am the Highest of the High, it becomes impossible for the intellect to gauge me, nor is it possible for my ways to be fathomed by the limited human mind.

I am not to be attained by those who, loving me, stand reverently by in rapt admiration. I am not for those who ridicule me and point at me with contempt. To have a crowd of tens of millions flocking around me is not what I am for. I am for the selected few, who scattered amongst the crowd, silently and unostentatiously surrender their all — body, mind and possessions — to me.

I am still more for those who, after surrendering their all, never give another thought to their surrender. They are all mine who are prepared to renounce even the very thought of their renunciation and who, keeping constant vigil in the midst of intense activity, await their turn to lay down their lives for the cause of Truth at a glance or sign from me. Those who have indomitable courage to face willingly and cheerfully the worst calamities, who have unshakable faith in me, eager to fulfill my slightest wish at the cost of their happiness and comfort, they indeed, truly love me.

From my point of view, far more blessed is the atheist who confidently discharges his worldly responsibilities, accepting them as his honorable duty, than the man who presumes he is a devout believer in God, yet shirks the responsibilities apportioned to him through Divine Law and runs after sadhus, saints and yogis, seeking relief from the suffering which ultimately would have pronounced his eternal liberation.

To have one eye glue on the enchanting pleasures of the flesh and with the other expect to see a spark of Eternal Bliss is not only impossible but the height of hypocrisy.

I cannot expect you to understand all at once what I want you to know. It is for me to awaken you from time to time throughout the ages, sowing the seed in your limited minds, which must in due course, and with proper heed and care on your part, germinate, flourish and bear the fruit of that True Knowledge which is inherently yours to gain.

If on the other hand, led by your ignorance, you persist in going your own way, none can stop you in your choice of progress; for that too is progress which, however slow and painful, eventually and after innumerable incarnations, is bound to make you realize that which i want you to know now. To save yourself from further entanglement in the maze of delusion and self created suffering which owes its magnitude to the extent of your ignorance of the true Goal, awake now. Pay heed and strive for Freedom by experiencing ignorance in its true perspective. Be honest with yourself and God. One may fool the world and one's neighbors, but one can never escape from the knowledge of the Omniscient — such is the Divine Law.

I declare to all of you who approach me, and to those of you who desire to approach me, accepting me as the Highest of the High, that you must never come with the desire in your heart which craves for wealth and worldly gain, but only with the fervent longing to give your all — body, mind and possessions — with all their attachments. Seek me not in order to extricate yourself from your predicaments, but find me in order to surrender yourself wholeheartedly to my Will. Cling to me not for worldly happiness and short-lived comforts, but adhere to me, through thick and thin, sacrificing your own happiness and comforts at my feet.

Let my happiness be your cheer and my comforts be your rest. Do not ask me to bless you with a good job, but desire to serve me more diligently and honestly without expectation of reward. Never beg of me to save your life or the lives of your dear one, but beg of me to accept you and permit you to lay down your life for me. Never expect me to cure you of your afflictions, but beseech me to cure you of your ignorance. Never stretch out your hands to receive anything from me, but hold them high in praise of me whom you have approached as the Highest of the High.

If I am the Highest of the High, nothing is then impossible to me; and though I do not perform miracles to satisfy individual needs — the satisfaction of which would result in entangling the individual more and more in the net of ephemeral existence — yet time and again at certain periods I manifest Infinite Power in the form of miracles, but only for the spiritual upliftment and benefit of humanity and all creatures.

However, miraculous experiences have often been experienced by individuals who love me and have unswerving faith in me, and these have been attributed to my nazar or Grace. But I want all to know that it does not befit my lovers to attribute such individual miraculous experience to my state of the Highest of the High. If I am the Highest of the High, I am above this illusory play of maya in the course of the Divine Law.

Therefore, whatever miraculous experiences are experienced by my lovers who recognize me as such, or by those who love me unknowingly through others channels, they are but the outcome of their own firm faith in me. Their unshakable faith often superseding the course of the play of maya, gives them those experiences which they call miracles. Such experiences derived through firm Faith eventually do good and do not entangle the individuals who experience them into further and greater bindings of illusion.

If I am the Highest of the High, then a wish of my Universal Will is sufficient to give, in an instant, God-realization to one and all and thus free every creature in creation from the shackles of Ignorance. But blessed is Knowledge that is gained through the experience of Ignorance in accordance with the Divine Law. This Knowledge is made possible for you to attain in the midst of ignorance by the guidance of Perfect Masters and surrenderance to the Highest of the High.

"At present, in the East and West, there are about seventy people who claim to be the Avatar, but I tell you, Bal, I am the Real One."

The power and compassion in Baba's glance as He communicated this loving declaration to me carried with it conviction of the truth of what Baba was saying. Hearing these words, I could only fold my hands and lower my head to offer my respects to the Ancient One and mutter in a soft voice, "Yes, Baba!"

The Teacher

"I am your friend and brother, not a God. It is true my Father has, once again, sent me to you . . . Naught that I say shall disappoint you; naught that I do shall cause you fear. Know, my friends, my brothers and sisters, that I am your friend, your Brother of Old, re-treading the Path of Old."

"When you see me, you will find a friend in need, a brother whose heart enfolds your own, a teacher who has traveled somewhat further along the journey of life, a guide into that blessed future which, my friends, will be yours. "

"When the world is ready to receive me, I shall speak to men everywhere as the One who is awaited, the One they have called, the One who comes to lead them into the New Age. When I make myself known, I shall express the hope of all mankind for a new life, a new start, a readiness to change direction; to see the construction of a new world in which men can live in peace; can live free from fear of themselves or their brothers; free to create from the joy in their hearts; free to be themselves, in simple honesty. My task is but beginning, but even now there exists in men’s hearts a new light, a new hope, a sense of a new beginning; a realization that Man is not alone, that the Protector of All has sent His Agent. It is That which I am."

"I came before as a man misunderstood and rejected by many. I return today, not to conquer but to lead; to show men their true nature as sons of God; to show men that they have come from a high place, indeed, and thus have far to go."

"I can tell the secret of the phenomenal world, which nobody has revealed so far, that made the things of the world to exist eternally. "

"Even though there have been many prophets in this world up to now, none could reveal the truth that people will experience in this age. That's why I have come to this age, and why I am in front of you in this age. You don¡¯t have time to enjoy comedy and have no time to waste your life. I would like to say that you still have opportunity, and I hope you take the opportunity to open your eye to things of the world. That is the only way to prevent the end of the world. Now, any brave man who can abandon falsehood and listen to the Truth, stand up and ask. Then you will know I am different from others. I am waiting for your question."

"Many people prophesied that a truthful man would come in this age. I am that truthful man. Only a truthful man can reveal what exists in the Truth."

"I have visited Osho Rajneesh and the Dalai Lama. I called at their house and their secretaries let them know the fact that I was there, 5 or 10 times. But unfortunately they could not open the door. What do you think the reason was? It was because their falsehood would be revealed."

Bhagavan Sri Pranananda

"It has been prophesied for thousands of years, by many mystics and prophets, and throughout all religions, that God would incarnate in the form of The World Teacher to create a New World Order on Planet Earth.

This one particular Avatar would be known by Buddhists as the Maitreya, by Christians as the Second Coming, by Jews as the Messiah, by Hindus as the Kalki Avatar. I am that One.

I have come among thee, as your equal, to create a New World Order among all men, verily among all creation itself. No house, home, church, or temple shall escape the dauntless ferocity of My love, the soul-wrenching permeation of My gaze, nor the salvation from all suffering granted by the eternal devotion of My existence among you."
